Membership and Status Cards

Documentation required to change your membership or Status Card are outlined below.

If you have the following ID you only need to present one:

  • Canadian or United States Passport

  • SCIS Enhanced Driver's Licence

  • Enhanced Provincial Identification Card

  • NEXUS or FAST card

Two of the following (Original Documents)

  • Certificate Of Birth Certificate Of Marriage Or Divorce

  • Provincial Health Care Card Provincial Identification Card

  • Driver’s License (Provincial, Territorial Or State)

  • Employee ID With Digitized Photo

  • Student ID With Digitized Photo

  • Firearms License

Membership Business Hours

Alternating Fridays: 8:30am – 4:30pm (by appointment, please contact IRAclerk@pauquachin.com to set up)
Pauquachin Community Members only

Child Registration: Must submit Birth Certificate

Status Card Renewal: Must submit your expired ID and SIN card.
Photocopies will not be accepted.

Name Change: Must submit Certificate of Marriage or Certificate of Name Change
